Matt began leading neverthirst in 2019, bringing 18 years of nonprofit and business leadership experience to the role. After a decade working in campus ministry, Matt piloted a ministry launch in Atlanta, GA, focused on community development among under-resourced urban communities. His leadership experience led him to consult across diverse industries in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, and he is thrilled to bring that experience to neverthirst in its next phase of impact and growth.

Matt holds a BA in Mass Communications from Auburn University. He and his wife Julie have three children and reside in Birmingham, AL.

Brandon and his family first volunteered and partnered with neverthirst a year after our beginning. In 2010, Brandon traveled to Sudan to witness our work on the ground, and his life was forever changed. He witnessed women walking miles for water and children who were dying from preventable waterborne illnesses. Brandon pivoted from a thriving medical sales career to fundraising and growing neverthirst to serve more communities around the world. Brandon received a Business Administration degree from Auburn University. He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife Kim and two sons.

Jason rejoined neverthirst in 2020, now leading our Regional Directors and long-term implementing partners to grow neverthirst’s global WASH program. Jason began his career in marketing and management before moving to Cambodia with his family in 2007 to serve as Country Director for Samaritan's Purse. Through this experience, he was exposed to the water and sanitation crisis and later joined neverthirst in 2012. He developed our programs in Cambodia and expanded our work to India, Nepal, and Myanmar. After six years with neverthirst, he joined his local church staff as a Global Missions Director, advocating and supporting mission workers around the world. Jason is married to Caroline, has two daughters, and is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Conor and his family have partnered with neverthirst for over a decade, including trips to Cambodia and Nepal to see firsthand what God is doing through neverthirst. After a twenty-three year career in Finance and Healthcare, Conor was drawn to serve directly in ministry and spent the last four and half years working with an international ministry. He joined neverthirst in 2022 to serve as CFO. Conor and his wife Jeanne have been married for 25 years and have two sons in college.

With a background in environmental chemical engineering, Steve has worked in the WASH sector since 2007, going from an intern in Malawi to working with local partner organizations in South-East Asia for Samaritan's Purse Canada and charity: water. Most recently, Steve has worked as an advisor for several WASH NGOs, providing technical and implementation support around program implementation, monitoring, organizational capacity, and strategic planning. As Head of Programs, Steve oversees neverthirst's WASH strategy and direction from Chaing Mai, Thailand.

Amanda joined neverthirst in 2012 after working in international relief and development in the Middle East. She first joined our team in India before relocating to South Sudan to grow our Africa programs and now lives in N’djamena, Chad. Speaking five languages, Amanda is gifted with the ability to serve across cultures and people groups, connecting neverthirst with an incredible pastor network to supply clean and living water to extremely remote communities in Chad and neighboring countries.

John grew up in Southeast Asia, which helped shape a passion for international development work. Before joining the team in 2015, he first travelled with neverthirst to South Sudan and Cambodia, witnessing firsthand the impact of providing clean water through the local church. John now serves as our Asia Programs Director, leading our work with partners in Cambodia, India, and Nepal. John received a Master of Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife, Jen, live in Birmingham, AL with their son and daughter.

Chad joined neverthirst in 2018, motivated to serve in Christ-focused ministry after the gospel radically transformed his own life as an adult. Chad bridges our programs and development teams as Communications Director, engaging with donors to share how their stewardship is impacting lives around the world. Chad brought a decade of experience from the financial sector and holds a degree in Agricultural Business and Economics. He and his wife Lauren have three young children and live in the Birmingham area.

Jackie joined neverthirst in 2023, bringing almost two decades of marketing and digital innovation expertise in fundraising management, experiential engagement, and event design. She has a heart for people, creative writing and storytelling, and living life with purpose. She is grateful to continue her calling as a voice for those living in some of the harshest corners of the world as she invites donors to step further into their faith as humanitarians, bringing kingdom impact into their hearts and to lives in need of clean and living water. Jackie holds a BA degree in Sociology and Religion from Vanguard University of Southern California, and currently resides in Franklin, TN.

Jeff was called to serve in Christian ministry in 2017 after 15+ years of technology sales, marketing management, and leading roles with several entrepreneurial start-up ventures. Jeff remembers how his heart was broken as he witnessed first-hand the struggles of children and families who were without clean water. His experience of unparalleled joy at a water “celebration” with Christ glorified led him to a decision to dedicate his efforts to ending the water crisis. Jeff is grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside passionate donors seeking to answer the great commission to spread the Gospel among the unreached. Jeff earned his MBA in Marketing from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, as well as a BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University in Ohio. Jeff lives in Franklin, TN with his wife and four young children.

Jennifer developed a desire to work in nonprofit ministry after spending four summers in college with WinShape Camps. She is thankful for the opportunity to come alongside a team of people who all have one mission—to help meet immediate needs and share the love of Christ. Jennifer holds a degree in Human Development from the University of Alabama and resides in her native city of Birmingham, Alabama. When she’s not in the office, you can find her playing board games with friends or diving into a new creative outlet—from hand-lettering to digital art.

After growing up in a military family, Neisha learned to love new places, new adventures, and new cultures. She served in Thailand for three years as an Overseas Correspondent after college, and knew Asia would always have a large part of her heart. Continuing her career in communications today, Neisha feels privileged to be a part of a team who cares about the health — physical and spiritual — of people all over the world. She’s excited to share the stories of impact that clean and living water can bring. Neisha holds a degree in Christian Studies from Union University. She and her husband, Blake, have one little girl and live in Birmingham, AL.

Chloe joined our team in late 2022. She comes to us with an undergrad in Social Work from the University of Mississippi and a heart to serve. From a young age, Chloe felt a call to serve, whether it be through mission trips, babysitting, or community service. She is grateful to work at an organization that is not only meeting physical needs of others but also the spiritual needs. In her spare time, Chloe loves to hang out with her friends and spend time with her four nephews.

Alyssa joined our team in 2023 as the Social Media & Communication Strategist. She obtained her degree from Kennesaw State University and brings a background in digital marketing, advertising and influencer marketing. Alyssa has always been passionate to serve others, whether through local mission trips, community service or volunteering at her church. She is so grateful for the opportunity to put her creative skills to use for a bigger purpose, bringing clean & living water to the unreached. Alyssa is based out of Atlanta and in her free time, you can find her at the park with her dog or spending time with her family.

Delia developed a love for non-profit work during college, where she had the opportunity to intern at Students for Life of America and became passionate about defending the worth of every individual. She joins us with undergraduate degrees in Public Relations and Psychology from Mississippi College and is proud to join a team that is making a direct impact for the gospel. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, and you'll likely find her doing something active--from running to playing pickleball--or hanging out in a coffee shop with friends.
