neverthirst exists to bring clean and living water to the unreached. We work in remote, hard-to-reach places, coming alongside local partners to bring clean and living water to marginalized communities throughout Africa and Asia.
How We Started
Beginning in and through the local church
It was 2006 when the founders of neverthirst were forever changed by hearing this simple question in a sermon based on Psalm 67:1-2. Have you disconnected the blessings of God from the purpose of God?
What followed was a full year spent prayerfully seeking God's direction. After traveling overseas on multiple mission trips, witnessing poverty unlike they had ever seen before, our founders returned feeling called to do more.
Today, neverthirst is based out of Birmingham, Alabama, and we serve in six countries across Africa and Asia providing clean drinking, sanitation, and hygiene solutions through the local church. From a question in a sermon, to a year of prayer, to seeing the need firsthand, neverthirst is on mission to serve the unreached with clean and living water — making ‘[His] ways known on earth, [His] salvation among all nations.’
