When we began in 2008, we worked through a small range of water projects. To date, we have served more than 1 million people and we’ve expanded to a much wider range of water technologies in various countries. Some of these solutions, like a large-scale piped water system, are more expensive but serve a larger number of people with higher-quality water.
Prices have increased to include training on safe sanitation and hygiene practices. This is critically important to improve health in communities. Our programs also include resourcing and equipping local pastors and believers to participate in the project. Prices also reflect an inflation in water project materials.
