Let’s End the Water Crisis for a Region in Ethiopia

In 2021, neverthirst identified two unreached regions of Ethiopia where there was little to no hope for safe drinking water or the Gospel. Over the last 4 years, the work has begun in these regions and we have seen an immense impact.

To achieve this vision, we have set the following goals:

1. We want to see 190,934 people gain access to clean water 2. We want 227 community tap stands built 3. We aim for 98 local pastors and evangelists to be mobilized through these water projects

This campaign will fund piped water systems serving unreached communities across northern Ethiopia. To construct each piped water system, boreholes are drilled to 1,000+ feet in depth and equipped with a submersible pump powered by solar panels.

In 2021, a group of friends in Corinth, Mississippi partnered with neverthirst and raised $1,500,000 — funding more than 400 hand pumps in India and empowering 400 local pastors.

Now this community is taking on a new God-sized goal: clean and living water for more than 75,000 people in northern Ethiopia.
